As is logical for a brand like Alfa Romeo which boasts a DNA historically linked to the excellence of engineering and performance, the arrival of the future generations of Stelvio and Giulia (scheduled for 2025 and 2026 respectively) will represent a concentration of the most innovative Stellantis technologies, interpreted in an Alfa Romeo style for an unprecedented driving experience.

Stelvio and Giulia will be conceived, designed and produced in Italy, in the Cassino plant, exploiting the skills and experience of the Italian team that developed Alfa Romeo's most recent iconic cars and evidently - at design level - the mastery of the Centro Stile .

As was underlined during the event at the Arese Museum, Giulia and Stelvio will be cutting-edge cars, bringing to the debut - within the production of the various Stellantis brands - the futuristic technological platforms Stla Brain and Stla SmartCockpit.

And when the Stelvio will arrive in the second half of 2025, the first car based on the Stla Large platform in Europe.

For further information ANSA Agency Nuova Alfa Stelvio in Cassino in the second half of 2025 The future of Alfa Romeo will be entirely Italian.

The new Stelvio in 2025 and the new Giulia in 2026 will be conceived, designed and produced in Italy, in the Cassino plant, taking advantage of the skills and experience of the Italian team and the Style Centre.

An announcement that confirms how Stellantis is investing strongly in Italy: Cassino will in fact be the only European plant to be used for the Stla Large platform and Italy will also become the only country in Europe to produce cars on both Stla Large architectures and Stla Medium.

We remind you that Stla Large is an electric platform platform - the most flexible in the sector - which is capable of being the basis for different types of vehicles such as sedans, crossovers and SUVs in the D and E segments

. Stla Large offers leading performance in its segment, including battery capacity (118 kWh), charging efficiency (4.5 kWh per minute) and with a 0 to 100 km/h sprint of less than 3 seconds.

In particular, the new Stelvio will be the first model to use 800 Volt technology in combination with the new Stla Large platform.

The inherent flexibility of this architecture gives engineers and designers the ability to define the wheelbase, overall length, width, and overall and ground clearances.

And different suspension modules can be used to meet each vehicle's specific performance objectives, including driving dynamics, handling and comfort.

For the Stelvio and Giulia, Alfa Romeo engineers therefore had the opportunity to modulate key dimensions, such as the distance between the center of the front wheels and the driver's feet, the front and rear overhangs and the floor, to perfect the capabilities and performance of the vehicles.

Exclusive product content will be available in the new Alfa Romeo models which will redefine the relationship between customers and their car, further raising the bar of driving pleasure and safety thanks to technologies such as active roll control and active safety terrain detection.

At the same time, daily use will be extremely simple.

The Stls Brain and Stla SmartCockpit technological platforms, which will debut in the Stelvio next year, have left Alfa Romeo with the possibility of interpreting and personalizing the onboard and offboard driving experience, starting from driving dynamics.

In an automotive world in which the overabundance of instructions prevails, the driver will therefore have - thanks to this platform - the possibility to decide, with always updated and customizable features.

And thanks to artificial intelligence and Over The Air (OTA) updates, the new Alfas will be able to exploit clear benefits throughout their life cycle and - consequently - also on their residual value.
