It has been seven years since little Louna died and, it seems, her mother's call for help has never been heard again.
Its broadcast by the Paris Assize Court took everyone by surprise on this first day of the trial this Monday March 11, where the father and grandfather of the child, Sébastien D. 35 years old and Didier D., 62 years old.
The investigating judge ruled that charges were against them.
Everyone had had a moment alone with the child on the fateful day, without being able to decide on the author of the fatal act.
Louna suffered a skull fracture and a subdural hematoma, typical injuries for experts in “shaken baby” syndrome.
