The video had circulated widely on social networks.
It showed a young woman surrounded by several threatening men, manhandled and then receiving a violent punch in the face.
This shocking night scene lasting a few seconds and filmed took place at the beginning of March, in Lyon (Rhône) not far from a bar on the Quai Romain-Rolland, an artery of the 5th arrondissement which runs along the right bank of the Saône.
According to our information, the alleged perpetrator of this attack will have to answer for his action in court, being the subject of a summons by report.
On the night of March 2 in Lyon, a woman was attacked and her attack was filmed.
We can see in the video a man punching him violently.
The facts allegedly occurred in front of La Féria, a festive bar in Old Lyon.

This man presented himself at a Lyon police station on March 7, as revealed by Le Figaro.
He was placed in police custody, along with two alleged accomplices, as part of the investigation opened for intentional violence in a meeting several days after the events.
The victim, who had not called the police having been hit on the night of March 2 to 3 in this festive district, had filed a complaint with a gendarmerie in the Jura department where she comes from.
After a medical-judicial examination, she was issued with a total incapacity for work (ITT) of 8 days, confirming the brutality of the blow received.
Did his attacker know that this sector of Quai Romain-Rolland was equipped with video surveillance?
Still, the alleged perpetrator of the punch, a scene of violence seen by hundreds of thousands of Internet users after the images were broadcast by the Némésis identity collective, therefore came forward.
At the end of his interrogation and his custody, he was referred and served with a summons by report.
He should therefore be judged within a maximum of six months.
The two alleged accomplices were, however, released without any prosecution.
