30 years in prison

The motive is not specified but local media report a relationship which would have formed online between Stephen Glosser and the unidentified victim, before turning sour.

According to court documents, the two men hatched a plan from December 2022 to January 2023 to spy on the victim and “kill, intimidate, harass or harm” her.

The defendants were finally arrested in February 2023 following an explosion on January 13 of the same year in Richmond Hill, Georgia, blamed at the time by judicial authorities on “an improvised explosive device”.
