Two Americans have been charged with planting an improvised explosive device at the home of a woman he met online in 2023 and planning a series of attacks, including bringing a python into her home to eat her daughter.
The two men, Stephen Glosser, 37, and Caleb Kinsey, 34, were indicted last week in Georgia (southeast) on four counts, including using explosives and trespassing. deprived of the victim, announced the American judicial authorities.

30 years in prison
The motive is not specified but local media report a relationship which would have formed online between Stephen Glosser and the unidentified victim, before turning sour.
According to court documents, the two men hatched a plan from December 2022 to January 2023 to spy on the victim and “kill, intimidate, harass or harm” her.
Among the means considered were shooting arrows at her door, introducing a “large python to the victim's home to devour her daughter” or even blowing up her house.

The two men are also suspected of planning to send dog feces or dead rats to his home, the Georgia district attorney said.
The defendants were finally arrested in February 2023 following an explosion on January 13 of the same year in Richmond Hill, Georgia, blamed at the time by judicial authorities on “an improvised explosive device”.
Both in custody since then, they each face up to 30 years in prison.
