A video on Instagram, on the brand's official page, shows what could be, judging from the details, the new Volkswagen ID.3 GTX, the electric car which, in the collective imagination, would represent the battery-powered evolution of the concept of GTI born with the Golf.
The cut of the front and rear lights highlights that the car in question should be the ID.3, which has been modified in terms of the bumper and via a larger spoiler.
Even the detail of the steering wheel denotes the sporty character of the model, with the GTX logo located in the lower part, where we usually find the GTI one, and the contrasting stitching.
The technical details have not been disclosed for now, but judging by the presence in the group of the Cupra Born with the same architecture as the ID.3, the new ID.3 GTX should have rear-wheel drive, with only one engine located in the rear of the car, obviously we remain in the field of hypotheses also in terms of power, given that it could, the conditional is a must, also adopt the 286 HP electric motor of the new ID.7 Tourer which has just arrived on the Italian market.
