» It was with these words and sobs in her voice that Sandrine R., who became a civil party, addressed the court this Wednesday, March 13.
Since Monday, the two accused – her ex-spouse Sébastien D. and her ex-father-in-law Didier D. – have appeared free before the Paris Assize Court for “violence leading to death”.
The investigation was unable to determine who was responsible, as the two men were both alone with the infant on the day of the incident.
The two defendants deny being at the origin of the actions which caused the death of the little girl.
