Over time, nagging questions gave way to deep conviction and then to meaningful legal action.
More than six years after the death of Agnès Jumeau in Saverdun (Ariège), Armelle Sery, one of her three daughters, has just filed a complaint, at the beginning of March, with the Foix judicial court for “murder”, “non- assistance to a person in danger” and “moral harassment by a spouse”.
This complaint, of which Le Parisien has become aware, targets Serge L., companion of Agnès Jumeau at the time of the events, “or any co-perpetrator or accomplice that the investigation or investigation could reveal”.
