Tuesday, late in the afternoon, it was here that an 18-year-old boy died from his injuries after being stabbed several times.
Contacted, the Paris public prosecutor's office confirmed that a "young man born in September 2005 was killed by a stab wound near the Porte de la Chapelle".
It also specifies that a “suspect claiming to be born in 2006 was arrested on site and placed in police custody”.
The acts could have been “committed in a context of rival gangs”.
An investigation has since been opened for “intentional homicide” and entrusted to the 2nd judicial police district.
Two other men suspected of being involved in this brawl are still wanted.
