A Cybertruck owner wants to sell his vehicle.
This violates the purchase agreement.
The consequences also apply to future orders from Tesla.
The looks of the Tesla Cybertruck can be argued excellently, but customers seem to be lining up.
So much so that the US manufacturer even included an anti-sale clause in the purchase contracts.
The electric pick-up can only be sold after one year.
However, not every buyer sticks to this.
Because of the Cybertruck offer: Tesla is canceling further reservations
Several Cybertrucks have now appeared for sale online, one of them in Dubai.
An auction for the electric pickup failed because the minimum bid of $200,000 was not reached.
And malinecentral, a user of the Cybertruck Owners Club forum, has also advertised the electric car.
Tesla has clear rules for selling the Cybertruck.

In the forum, malinecentral wrote: “I haven't sold anything yet.
I listed it on several websites to see how it went.” However, Tesla also noticed this and took action.
The outstanding reservations for two additional Cybertrucks have been canceled.
Cybertruck owner advertises electric pick-up: Tesla responds with a block
As the Cybertruck owner writes, Tesla's loss and prevention department flagged him internally because of the advertisements.
A sales manager later confirmed that additional reservations had been canceled.
In these cases he got the money back for the reservation.

“Future orders will be canceled without a refund of the $100 or $250 reservation or ordering fee, as you have been formally notified of this matter,” the manufacturer said in a letter to malinecentral.
However, it remains unclear whether this ban applies to all models or just the Cybertruck.
At least he can still come to Tesla to service his other two electric cars.

But the purchase contract is not the only thing that Tesla customers should read carefully when it comes to the Cybertruck.
It's also advisable to take a look at the manual, because the Tesla doesn't tolerate dirt particularly well and therefore has to be taken to the car wash regularly.
Snow is also not one of the Cybertruck's strengths.
However, the significantly shorter range and the numerous critical errors that may occur could cause dissatisfaction.
