After the vast dragnet in the investigation of the fatal ball of Crépol, three of the eleven arrested are presented before the investigating judges this Thursday with a view to being indicted, indicates a source close to the case to Le Parisien.
Police custody continues for two other suspects, who should experience the same fate on Friday.
As for the others arrested, five were released this Thursday and another was released on Wednesday.
As Le Parisien revealed on Monday, eleven people were arrested by the gendarmes on Monday, almost four months after the death of Thomas, a 16-year-old high school student stabbed during a village festival in Drôme, an affair which had already led to nine indictments.
These eleven people were placed in police custody as part of the investigation opened in Valencia for “homicide and attempted homicide by an organized gang”.

The search was carried out Monday morning in the popular Monnaie district in Romans-sur-Isère, where some of the suspects already indicted after this tragedy come from, a source close to the case told AFP.
Young Thomas was fatally stabbed at the end of a village ball in Crépol on the night of November 17 to 18, 2023. Shortly after, nine young suspects, including three minors, were indicted for “organized gang murder”, “attempted murder” or “intentional violence committed in a meeting”.
Four months later, the perpetrator of the fatal stabbing remains unidentified.
