This resident was exasperated by the music that a group of young people - having a barbecue on a recreational ground - were listening to.
He asked them to turn down the volume, which was refused.

Informed, the gendarmerie quickly intervened “on the scene”.

“He gave investigators a compressed air weapon replica of an M4-177 assault rifle which was immediately seized,” indicates the gendarmerie.
