The model that KTM has decided to produce in just 100 examples is called RC 8C 2024 and represents the sportier nature of the brand, ready to hit the track.

Made in close collaboration with Krämer Motorcycles, the bike is a 'featherweight' designed to express the best in terms of performance on a circuit.

In particular, the new version has among its main features the quick-release fairings in Kevlar and carbon, directly inspired by the Ktm RC16 which usually takes to the track for the MotoGP.

The beating heart of the bike is the Lc8c DOHC 8-valve parallel twin engine, 889cc and 135 HP.

The frame is also particularly 'racier', tubular in 25CrMo4 steel, to which a series of lightened elements and Wp Pro Components accessories are added.

The rear tank is also quick release and is housed between the tail and under the saddle.

The wheels are Dymag with limited weight and the strictly slick tyres, branded Pirelli.

The braking system is also dedicated to racing, consisting of a Brembo 19RCS Corsa Corta radial master cylinder derived from MotoGP and Brembo Stylema front brake calipers with 290 mm floating discs.

Braking the rear, however, is taken care of by a two-piston Brembo caliper, combined with a 230 mm floating disc.

The special Ktm can be ordered starting tomorrow at 3pm on the dedicated portal on ktm.com.

Once the order has been confirmed, it will also be possible to purchase the Ultimate Track Experience package, an exclusive event organized in Portimão, Portugal, at the Algarve International Autodrome.

The price is 42,000 euros.
