Here is a predator who is not burdened with denials or regrets.

But is Ali Gandega really in his right mind?

“His mental health will necessarily be at the heart of the discussions during the trial”, euphemizes Me Philippe Herbeaux, his lawyer, about this very particular client, homeless man who has been in prison and psychiatry, triple rapist in three days, and now reclusive in his cell.

In the summer of 2022, this 28-year-old Franco-Congolese gave the Hauts-de-Seine PJ a few cold sweats.

He was the subject of a double search warrant after having imposed his sexual urges on two old ladies in the space of a few minutes at the Max-Fourestier hospital on July 27.

Two days later, he attacked a 12-year-old child at her home, still in Nanterre.
