This may be nice as a gift, but as an actual parking disc they are completely useless.
There are clear guidelines here as to what this should look like.
Anyone who forgets their parking disc or does not use it correctly risks hefty fines.

According to Appendix 3 Number 11 of the Road Traffic Act (StVO), a compliant parking disc must have a white P on a blue background and a rotating disc for the time.
The white dial should show whole and complete hours.
The numbers and the font must correspond to DIN 1451, the “fonts for road traffic”.
The standard size of a parking disc is 11 by 15 centimeters.
