A child orphaned by his mother, disco pop, impressive civic mobilization and awkward attempts at activism, Kat Janis' story has it all.

Janice is a musician who is dying of cancer and made her last song a hit using the TikTok app.

Those looking for a moral in this story will be disappointed.

Those who are looking to lose hope in humanity, actually came out satisfied.

Kat Janis, or Kathryn Janis Ipsen, is an American pop singer from the state of Virginia.

For most of her career, she enjoyed some measure of success but never broke into the American mainstream.

Until recently, her biggest hit was the song "pricey" played on the E channel real estate show - A Place Under the Sun.

Janice was actually working as a scientist when she was diagnosed with sarcoma - a rare and extremely aggressive cancer that erupts in the connective tissues. When she was informed that the cancer had spread to her lungs and was left She has a long time to live, Janice released the song "Dance You Outta My Head" - a rhythmic song in the New Disco style with optimistic lyrics about self-love and overcoming a relationship, and began to promote it on social networks. The copyright to the song was registered by Janice Named after her 7-year-old son who was about to lose his mother.

The song "Dance You Outta My Head"

"I think I'm being called to come home," Janice wrote in a Tiktok video promoting the song, implicitly referring to the fact that she was dying.

"My last drop of happiness would be for you to save this song and play it. The profits from it go to my 7-year-old son that I leave behind."

Tiktok's algorithm answered Janice's prayers, and her new song spread across the app like wildfire.

At the time of writing, there are nearly three million videos that use the song as background music.

"All you need to be a good person today is to dance to the sound of this song," the various Tiktok dancers wrote in the videos they uploaded.

Janice's rhythmic and optimistic song has become the soundtrack for everything - a cute video of a dog, a painting that was drawn with great talent, or girls who announce that their partner of the last five years cheated on them.

It didn't take long, and Janice's disco song broke the boundaries of Tiktok.

The playbacks in the application became playbacks in the streaming apps, and playbacks on the radio in the United States and around the world.

Janis the scientist Morgania, entered the list of the 40 most played new artists of Billboard magazine, and won the fifth place in the worldwide playbacks of the iTunes application.

"I never expected to receive so much love," Janice told Today magazine.

"I feel like I'm watching a miracle happen."

@cat.janice #duet with @Sarah Cothran I've been stuck slowly passing, unable to move, unable to use my legs, trapped in this near lifeless body.

Cancer is no joke and never plays nice.

But this beautiful moment helps me remember that soon I'll be flying through the heavens, soaring through the next dimension, dancing with God and my Nonnie.

I'll finally be free and boy am I gonna dance.

My baby boy will have all these wonderful memories as well thanks to you all.

Thank you Sarah ❤️ I hope to see you all up there one day ❤️ #coversong #danceyououttamyhead #heaven #dancing #god ♬ original sound - Sarah Cothran

So far the picture of things is almost ideal - a dying mother who manages to secure the future of her son after her death and is loved by millions of people around the world, but nothing good that starts on social networks stays that way.

A war of iron swords that broke out five months ago has also turned Tiktok into a battleground, in which, unfortunately, the Palestinian side is winning.

Some of the internet users did a search on Janice's Instagram, and found out that she follows a supporter of Israel page, and the IDF page in English.

Since then, the gates of hell have opened on the young woman who spends her last days with her son.

Janice suffered a flood of cyberbullying involving hundreds of thousands.

"I don't care that she's dying, it doesn't make her a good person and it doesn't mean she's allowed to support genocide," wrote one of the TikTok users who considers himself a freedom fighter and a knight of peace, "As far as I'm concerned, she and her son can go to hell."

Following the storm, a rumor also spread on TikTok that Janice was faking her cancer.

Janice has not expressed support for Israel since her days, and there is a significant chance that she followed pro-Israel pages out of curiosity, out of hatred, or even ironically.

A Palestinian artist jumped at the opportunity and released his own song, the profits of which apparently go to humanitarian aid from Gaza.

Since then, countless songs have been released that raise money for a variety of causes, including a song that supports the release of the kidnapped

@cat.janice #greenscreensticker can't even believe this happened but I have to keep my head up.

I want to leave behind every penny I have for him.

Will you please pre save it and stream when it comes out?

Janice passed away on February 28 surrounded by friends and family, she was 31 when she died.

A short time after this became known on Tiktok, the flood of videos began of people claiming that her death makes them happy "Don't let anyone judge you, she doesn't deserve you to mourn her," said one of the 'followers of the nations of the world' on Tiktok.

"You are so obsessed with hating Israel that you celebrate the death of a young woman and the orphaning of a little boy," said a TikTok user with some common sense, summing up this delusional story.

The witch hunt they conducted for Kat Janis before her death will go down in history as a case of mass hysteria on the Internet.
