In an interview with the British "Daily Mail" newspaper two years ago, he told how the role in the hit series changed his life.

"So many people are trying to contact me, and I have to use my daughter to help me answer them all. I feel like I'm floating in the air. It makes me think that I have to relax, organize my thoughts and take a breath. So many people have contacted me but Because I don't have a manager or an agent to help me - it's hard for me to handle the amount of calls and messages I receive. That's why my daughter helps me."

Jung-soo, who played the actor 001 in the series, began his career in 1963 and has been acting for almost six decades in South Korea.

He told more about the price of fame: "Things have changed. Even when I go out to a cafe or a place like that, I have to be aware of how I look. It makes me think 'being famous is hard'."

He also said: "I don't have big ambitions. I received many things during my life and now I want to leave behind the things I received. Simply put, suppose you go to a mountain and see a flower. When we are young, we pick the flower and take it for ourselves. But when you reach my age , you leave it there exactly as it is and come back to see it again later. It's the same with life. Leave things behind exactly as they are. It's not easy."
