Volkswagen evolves the electric in a sporty way with the ID.3 GTX and ID.7 Tourer GTX.
The first is the compact battery-powered model from the German company, and is offered with two power levels: 286 HP, and 326 HP for the Performance variant.
In terms of performance, the ID.3 GTX sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 6 seconds, while the GTX Performance lowers the time to 5.6 seconds;
the maximum speed is electronically limited to 180 km/h per hour for the GTX and 200 km/h for the GTX Performance.
The battery of the sportier ID.3 is lithium ion, and has a capacity of 79 kWh, accepts up to 175 kW of power from direct current charging stations, from which it recharges from 10 to 80% in approximately 26 minutes, while the autonomy is approximately 600 km (WLTP cycle).
Aesthetically, the ID.3 GTX sports GTX-specific front bumpers with a new black diamond-design air intake and new daytime running light elements.
The black mirror-polished bodywork details, the rear diffuser and the 20-inch alloy wheels complete the picture.

The passenger compartment is characterized by sports seats and red details, and shows off the new cockpit with the completely revised infotainment system and equipped with a voice assistant supported by ChatGPT.
The new ID.7 GTX Tourer raises power to 340 HP, and can count on 4MOTION dual-motor electric all-wheel drive as well as IQ.LIGHT Matrix LED headlights and 3D LED rear lights.
Its lithium-ion battery has a capacity of 86 kWh, and can be recharged with a maximum power of 200 kW in direct current to recover 10 to 80% of energy in less than 30 minutes.
Proposed with a specific aesthetic, as is the case with the other GTXs, as well as with a passenger compartment enriched with sporty details, the new ID.7 GTX Tourer can count on a load volume of up to 1,714 litres, while with 5 people On board the boot capacity is 605 litres.
