In season 10, the constructors' trophy arrives in Formula E, which will be awarded to the leading constructor at the end of the 2023/24 championship.
This is an important prize, considering the presence of various brands in the category dedicated to 100% electric single-seaters, in which six manufacturers are competing by the names of Electric Racing Technologies, Jaguar, Mahindra Racing, Nissan, Porsche, and Stellantis, with 11 teams.
In terms of scoring, the team championship will be used, and the points for pole position and fastest lap will also be counted.
Furthermore, at the end of the championship, the winner will receive a winner's badge to be displayed on the team's helmets, cars and clothing in the following season.
"We are happy to be able to announce the new Constructors' Trophy for Season 10 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship - declared Alberto Longo, co-founder and Chief Championship Officer of Formula E - it is an initiative that we have had in mind for some time and which marks a real milestone in the evolution of the championship, as it allows us to underline the competitive spirit that fuels Formula E. Manufacturers are at the center of our path and allow us to bring technological innovation and sustainability to motorsport."
