This is a rare sanction, especially at this hierarchical level.
According to our information, Commander L., at the head of CRS 3 since 2008, a company based in Quincy-sous-Sénart (Essonne), recently received a “reprimand”.
He is also the subject of a so-called “command” investigation, within the framework of which his management is examined down to the smallest detail.
This sanction, confirmed by the communications department of the national police (Sicop), comes following “reports made in 2023 by several personnel”, targeting “inappropriate behavior” emanating from Commander L. and his supporters within the CRS 3 “with respect to certain agents”.
