The alert was launched by the victim's sister, who came to lodge a complaint on Monday after "being the subject of several telephone calls since the morning reporting the kidnapping and confinement of her brother born in 2000", indicated to AFP the public prosecutor of Rennes, Philippe Astruc, confirming information from Télégramme.
Victim found “seriously injured”
