On X, a former Twitter user, tweeted: "Instagram allows a woman to post videos of herself breastfeeding, it appeared to me on 'Reels' and each of them has OnlyFans. Using a baby for online sympathy and exposing a breast seems very questionable to me."

Another raged: "Pretending to breastfeed a doll so you can stick out your boobs and labeling it educational to bypass guidelines, while promoting your OnlyFans page is a new low!".

Instagram's community guidelines state that nudity is not allowed "for a variety of reasons."
