Since Instagram forbids, among other things, the publication of photos of topless women, the "OnlyFans" models came across a loophole in the law that allows them to do so - and the way to promote their provocative content on a platform that does encourage nudity, OnlyFans.
The models are circumventing Instagram's nudity restrictions by pretending to breastfeed. Clever but also very disturbing.
Instagram has a strict nudity policy, which includes banning photos and videos of women exposing nipples. Most surfers were shocked: "How are you not ashamed? Using breastfeeding and a fake baby to gain likes and money is disrespectful on so many levels," wrote one in response and another added: "You are turning breastfeeding into something sexual. A complete mockery of mothers wherever they are."
On X, a former Twitter user, tweeted: "Instagram allows a woman to post videos of herself breastfeeding, it appeared to me on 'Reels' and each of them has OnlyFans. Using a baby for online sympathy and exposing a breast seems very questionable to me."
Another raged: "Pretending to breastfeed a doll so you can stick out your boobs and labeling it educational to bypass guidelines, while promoting your OnlyFans page is a new low!".

Instagram's community guidelines state that nudity is not allowed "for a variety of reasons."
"We know there are times when people may want to share nude photos of an artistic or creative nature, but for various reasons we don't allow nudity on Instagram," explains the Meta-owned app, "This includes photos, videos, and digitally generated content that depict sex, genitals, and close-ups." of a completely naked butt.
