Presenting themselves as "activists from all components of the FLNC" then dormant, this new armed group announced that it had decided on a "tactical redeployment, pending the initiation by the French State of a real political process of settlement of the Corsican national question", indicated, in an undetermined location, a hooded person dressed in black surrounded by seven others, also hooded and armed with machine guns and handguns.

Methods to “destabilize” denounce the separatists

“The French state has not abandoned its repressive policy,” said X Core in Fronte, which believes that “these methods contribute to destabilizing current discussions, if not paralyzing them, the objective being for French State for not allowing the stage of true autonomy.”

The party has called for a rally at 6 p.m. in Bastia.

Wednesday afternoon, the Corsican Assembly must consider and vote on an agreement reached in mid-March in Paris between the government and island elected officials on "constitutional writings" providing for "the recognition of a status of autonomy" of the Mediterranean island “within the Republic”.

Another arrest also took place on Tuesday in Haute-Corse, this time as part of a judicial investigation by the anti-terrorism unit of the Paris judicial court, we learned from a judicial source, who refused to give more details.
