The new Land Rover Defender Octa will be the most powerful, luxurious and daring variant of the range, thanks to a series of features that make it unique.
Inspired in its name by the octahedron shape of diamonds, it will feature a new circled diamond graphic motif on a series of internal and external components.
On a technical level however, the Defender Octa will be powered by the V8 Twin Turbo mild-hybrid petrol engine, and will be able to count on the innovative 6D Dynamics pneumatic suspension.
Specifically, these feature Interlinked hydraulic technology with an innovative pitch and roll control system which will allow the car to have the right balance of the car body both during acceleration, braking and cornering, for maximum dynamic performance both on-road and off-road.
Currently, the model in question is facing the most complete development program in Defender history which takes place in the cold of Sweden, where it will be put to the test by snow and ice, up to the Dubai desert, where it will compete with temperatures torrid, passing through the examination of the track in the old Nürburgring circuit, without sparing a digression crossing the rocky bottom of Moab.
