Three weeks after the suicide of a 12-year-old child, the father's responsibility called into question? According to our information, a 53-year-old man was taken into custody on Tuesday April 2 by police officers from the juvenile protection brigade (BPM) of the judicial police after the death by defenestration of his son on March 12 in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. “The Paris juvenile prosecutor's office opened a judicial investigation on April 3, 2024 for habitual violence against minors leading to death without intention of causing it,” the Paris prosecutor's office told Le Parisien this Wednesday.
And to specify that the father "was placed under the status of witness assisted by the investigating magistrate", which means that the investigating judge did not consider that there were sufficient serious and consistent clues for the hour, to put the fifty-year-old under investigation.
