An uproar on the net after Channel 14's political reporter Tamir Morg attacked a tweeter named Roy Cohen with sharp and blunt words. Morgue's attack came in response to Cohen's attack on him. Cohen posted a number of Morgue's blunt tweets against Cohen on Twitter, including: "Your parents have already killed themselves for having a Mongoloid son like you, or are they still in denial?", "Your parents are brothers, right?", "Don't take it too hard, me too I would be depressed and existentially anxious if I were as stupid as you. It's not your fault that your parents are brothers."
In response to Cohen replying to him, Morag continued and attacked: "I'm going to be your nightmare from now on. Did you think you'd be a human sewer without a reaction? You're going to curse the day you'll start taunting my wall, a toxic, empty and stupid type like the sole of a shoe."
The term "Mongoloid" used by Morgue caused a stir on Twitter. Oren Hellman, former VP of an electricity company, wrote: "Tamir Shalom, we don't know each other. I always seem to care. I had a 'Mongoloid' daughter, or as people like you call 'retarded'. Her name is Liya, she is mentally disabled, a perfect girl and I am not in any denial about her, I am even proud of her. I request that you delete this offensive tweet. Disability must not under any circumstances be used to mock or criticize someone else, you have the right to argue, disagree, think differently, even hate. But don't mix disability with it under any circumstances. It doesn't hurt the person you're trying to insult, but all the special parents in Israel."
Another tweeter attacked: "People who use the mongoloid nickname to insult and hurt are the lowest there is. And that's another whiner who curses him." Another added: "Only a psychopath who receives a salary from Channel 14 can use a derogatory word about a medical condition with racial overtones as an insult. Any other employee would have lost his job."
Another tweeter wrote: "How unsurprising that this zero used the expression "Mongoloid" that I even have trouble typing, as a curse. It is a racist and offensive expression towards those who suffer from trisomy 21-Down syndrome." And another one concluded: "As long as there is a soul in our mouth, we will not stop suing the insult of our children who cannot do it themselves. Anyone who uses the words - retarded, autistic, mongoloid and more, as derogatory words will be arrested until they learn. And no, it's not what Woke anymore, Because if education to recognize and embrace the different, just as "gay" and "negro" were kicked out of the derogatory lexicon.
