According to our information, this teenager was referred to the Créteil public prosecutor's office on Wednesday April 3, following the resumption of his police custody, interrupted on March 25 for health reasons. The children's judge ordered two educational measures and one investigative one. The schoolboy will also be tried in juvenile court on May 14. At the same time, he will be the subject of a disciplinary council on April 30, which could well earn him permanent exclusion from his establishment.
