Music for comfort and donations to support an association. The multipurpose hall of the commune of Plaine (Bas-Rhin) will welcome this Saturday evening the local music group “Why Not” for a concert given in support of the organization “Les Bonnes stars de Lina”, almost seven months after the disappearance of the 15-year-old girl. “We can’t wait to support this family by doing what we do best: a great concert,” the group wrote on its Facebook page. The musicians could perform in front of 600 people, while the room usually only accommodates 350.

The 15-year-old girl disappeared on September 23, after leaving her parents' home located in this Bas-Rhin town to walk to the Saint-Blaise-la-Roche station, located about three kilometers from there. On March 26, three people were placed in police custody due to inconsistencies between their schedules and their statements. Their police custody was finally lifted the next day, for lack of “incriminating evidence”, according to a source close to the investigation.
His mother had created the support association in November to pay for legal fees or travel. The funds collected during the concert will therefore be exclusively donated to the “Bonnesétoiles de Lina”, indicated Franck Krieger, the singer of the group “Why Not” to our colleagues from France 3. The entry price is set at 5 euros, but everyone will be able to choose to give more.
“Recreate kindness”
The musician hopes that the event will trigger “a movement among local artists” to support those close to Lina, he who notes that “everything has been running out of steam for a few weeks”
.
He even spoke of difficult times since the announcement of the concert, three weeks earlier. Some have criticized Fanny Groll, the mother of the missing teenager, for "taking a vacation or partying on the back of her daughter's disappearance", while others have implied that the music group was looking to promote itself. “We lived through three weeks of hell,” the singer regretted to our colleagues. All of this is obviously false, we are amateurs, fathers affected by what happened and who just want to help. »
Franck Krieger now wants to take advantage of the show to “recreate goodwill around those close to Lina”, who used to attend their concerts with her mother, adds France 3.
In March, Lina's mother said she was tired of not having access to the investigation, while criticizing the malicious rumors circulating and the cyberharassment surrounding the case.
