At 4 am on Friday (17), the police received a report from a female resident of Po Ning House, Po Lam Estate, Tseung Kwan O, alleging that his son fell from the apartment and rescue workers arrived at the platform where the victim was lying. Rescued to the ground, ambulancemen confirmed that he had apparently died and did not need to be sent to hospital. Police are investigating the cause of the victim's fall.
