Congratulations: An elder daughter was born to Maya Wertheimer and Asaf Zamir. The baby was born at Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv.
The two married in May 2017 and this morning became parents. In the past, Wertheimer had talked about her difficulty getting pregnant and the simple handling of the issue at all.
The couple announced on Instagram last August: "Yes, Assaf and I decided to join a host of exciting, sticky Valentine's Day posts to tell you that the moment we prayed for so long has come." They included a picture showing Zamir and Wertheimer in the background, sitting next to the toilet to throw up.
