Juan Pedro Guarino (19) and Alejo Milanesi (20), two of the ten rugby players charged with Fernando Báez Sosa's crime, were released on Monday, after prosecutor Verónica Zamboni exempted them from pretrial detention.

Despite this benefit, the two young people will continue to be investigated in the case for Fernando's crime at the exit of the Le Brique bowling alley, in Villa Gesell. Both were detained along with the rest of the accused in the Dolores prison.

Guarino and Milanesi were released after the guarantee judge David Mancinelli gave rise to the request of the prosecutor, who founded his decision that neither rugby was recognized in the wheels of people and for the "benefit of the doubt" .
