The two rugbiers charged as "co-authors" of the murder of Fernando Báez Sosa in Villa Gesell and the six defendants as "necessary participants" who are still detained for the crime will be present at the hearing convened for Thursday by the judge of Guarantees involved in the cause, David Mancinelli.
