On hot, tough days like the ones we are currently facing, most of our resources are directed to finding ways to cool down. So yes, there is an air conditioner, but it is not always available and there is nothing to do, sometimes you have to leave home. However, even outdoors but mostly at home, smoothies are the easy and ideal solution. Minimum time, minimum ingredients, minimum dishwashing and one big sip.

If you are a health enthusiast, natural smoothies will be a great solution for you. They are very healthy, rich in satisfying health and sugar-free ingredients. Drinks made from fruit, vegetable and nutrient-based almond rice or natural juice combinations are especially recommended and can also be added to a health boost of spirulina, asai, aronia, maca, wheatgrass and cocoa beans. Here are two highly recommended and simple recipes to prepare courtesy of "Coffee and Nature Karkur".
