EPD Tsing Yi Chemical Waste Disposal Center, multiple scaffolds injured and trapped

At 9 o'clock this morning (14th), at the Chemical Waste Treatment Center of the Environmental Protection Department at 51 Tsing Yi Road, a scaffold collapsed. At least 8 workers were reported to be trapped. Most people are slightly injured. At least 9 ambulances were dispatched to the scene by the Fire Department and the details of the incident are still under investigation.
