At 9 o'clock this morning (14th), at the location of the Environmental Protection Agency Chemical Waste Treatment Center at 51 Tsing Yi Road, a scaffold collapsed. Ten workers were reported injured and four were trapped. One of them was consciously rescued by the fire. The other three people left on their own.
