Paris will know on Sunday if its bars will close and if new restrictions will be put in place, in order to fight against the spread of Covid-19.
The capital crossed the three thresholds on Thursday (incidence rate in the population, incidence rate in vulnerable people, resuscitation), said the Minister of Health Olivier Véran, in his weekly press briefing.
If the "dynamic is consolidated by Sunday", Olivier Véran says he will take "the necessary measures" with Anne Hidalgo.
In other words: Paris will go into maximum alert zone, like Marseille at the moment.
