Francisco Sagasti will be the third president of Peru in a week, after the removal of Martín Vizcarra and the resignation of Manuel Merino.
The Peruvian journalist Renato Cisneros expresses some hope at Sagasti's appointment.
"He is the best possible consensus figure within the narrow range of possibilities that remained," Cisneros told Camilo.
