Car registrations in Western Europe (European Union, EFTA and United Kingdom) are back in the red: in October they were 1,129,223, 7.1% less than in the same month of 2019. In the first ten months of the year - according to data from ACEA, the association of European manufacturers - a total of 9,696,928 cars were sold, with a decrease of 27.3% over the same period last year. Also in October, FCA sold 70,172 cars in Western Europe (EU plus EFTA plus UK), 3.2% more than in the same month in 2019. The share rises from 5.6% to 6.2%. In the ten months the group registered 560,202 cars, equal to a decrease of 30.8% with the share going from 6.1% to 5.8%.
