After 17 states joined Texas' lawsuit against the electoral systems of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia, constitutional lawyer and former Republican legislator Juan Carlos Planas said this is dangerous for all states.
He assures that the elections are a political issue where the Supreme Court should not get involved.
