(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 27 - The former president of the Consulta, Antonio Baldassarre, was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment and a fine of 400 thousand euros in the appeal-bis in the proceeding on an attempted takeover of Alitalia in 2007. Acquitted , with the formula "for not having committed the deed" the former president of Autostrade, Giancarlo Elia Valori. This was decided by judges of the second Court of Appeal of Rome who imposed two more sentences, at 2 years and 6 months, for Claudio Prati and Danilo Dini, consultants of a financial company linked to Valori.
