(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 27 - The former president of the Consulta, Antonio Baldassarre, was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment and a fine of 400 thousand euros in the appeal-bis in the proceeding on an attempted takeover of Alitalia in 2007.
