Given the gravity and danger of this illegal dissemination of particularly delicate personal data, the Guarantor for the protection of personal data has urgently launched an investigation to ascertain the ways in which these data have ended up online and has mandated the Special Unit for the Protection of Privacy and Technological Fraud of the Guardia di Finanza to acquire the archives online and ascertain their origin.
