At about 8 am today (10th), a lorry was travelling along Sai Kung Highway and approached the roundabout off Ho Chung. The lorry accidentally collided with a motorcycle and rolled over. The driver of the lorry was trapped for a time and then climbed on his own. The driver of the motorcycle was knocked to the ground and injured, his helmet flew off, and he fell into a coma for a time.
Ambulancemen arrived at the scene and found that the motorcyclist had regained consciousness and treated the two drivers involved. The police were at the scene investigating the cause of the accident and directing traffic.
