Today, Homs Governorate organized a meeting to follow up preparations for the launch of the national campaign to investigate breast, cervical and prostate cancer, which included medical cadres, economic and social activities, and civil associations.
During the meeting, the governorate’s and Homs Health Directorate’s procedures for securing medical supplies, materials and logistical equipment were reviewed for the success of the campaign and achieving its goals.
The Governor of Homs, Engineer Namir Makhlouf, stressed the need for concerted governmental and societal efforts to make the campaign a success by securing all its requirements, and developing a well-thought-out and organized plan, to achieve the desired goal of the campaign by completing the program’s plan and reaching citizens throughout the governorate, city and rural, in an optimal manner.
