The death toll from the crash of a military plane in the town of Yesk in the Krasnodar Territory in southern Russia has risen to 13, including 3 children, and 19 others were injured.

Sputnik quoted the Russian Emergencies Ministry as saying in a statement today that 10 more bodies were found during search and rescue operations in Yeisk, bringing the total number of dead to 13, noting that rescuers completed removing the rubble at the site, and during the search operation 68 people were rescued and more than 360 people.

Yesterday, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the crash of a Su-34 plane during a routine training tour in the city of Yeysk.

According to the surviving pilots' report, the cause of the crash was an engine ignition during takeoff.
