This past weekend, at the height of the heat wave that challenged the country's best air conditioners, Roy Reinisch, the "Big Brother" tenant in reserve and who is still counting down what remains of the 15 minutes of fame since he was ousted from the house, raised temperatures even further when he shared with his 28,6 Instagram followers the impressive physical transformation he has undergone over the past six years.

In a story featuring two photos of himself next to each other, Reinisch, 26, shared how, with willpower and a workout routine, he was able to upgrade his body from a sore state in 2017 after a herniated disc during his military service, to a strong, muscular body in 2023, a strength that corresponds with his mental feeling during what he describes as the best time of his life.
"Proof that anything is possible when you work right," he wrote, adding: "I train almost every day in boxing, yoga, Pilates, CrossFit and surfing. Almost finishing a degree and at the best time of my life," he concluded.
As you may recall, Reinisch is a student of business administration and communications and also maintains a career as a model. After leaving the brother's house, he was even chosen to star in a new Top Ten campaign.
