The suspect was arrested and the weapon seized: The Haifa District Attorney's Office filed an indictment Monday morning against the suspect, a 24-year-old resident of Abu Snan.
The police opened an investigation in early August, upon receiving a report of the theft of an M16 weapon from a soldier's home in Abu Snan, when the soldier reported to the police that he could not find his weapon.
