Violence in Arab society continues: The Israeli police have opened an investigation into a shooting incident at a vehicle on Route 66, near Megiddo Junction.
As a result of the shooting, a resident of Nahaf, Zeitun 'Abad al-Latif, in his 30s, was critically wounded. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
The police were dispatched to the scene, began searching for the suspected shooters and opened an investigation into the circumstances of the incident.
The background to the incident is apparently a conflict between criminals.
This is another case in the wave of violence raging in the Arab sector, which has resulted in the deaths of 159 Arabs in 2023 in circumstances related to violence and crime.
