Violence and bullying in the streets of the city: It is suspected that about a week ago, at midnight, two suspects attacked a 14-year-old boy sitting in the plaza of a synagogue on Shraga Street in Tel Aviv, wearing ski masks, pepper-sprayed the victim in the face, took his scooter with his mobile phone on it and fled the scene.
Following a report to Hotline 100, police arrived at the scene of the incident and within a short time managed to locate three of the suspects, minor boys themselves, two aged 13 and one aged 14, who live in Tel Aviv. They were arrested and taken for interrogation. The three were released by the Tel Aviv Juvenile Court to house arrest as the investigation progressed.
