The commander of Israel's Central Command, Yehuda Fuchs, issued an exceptional confiscation and demolition order on Tuesday for the house where terrorist Khaled Khrusha lived in Nablus city.
This is a terrorist who was convicted of committing the attack after being a full partner in the planning and preparations of the attack that took place on February 26, 2023, a shooting attack in the village of Huwara, in which the brothers Hillel Menachem and Yaakov Yaakov Yaniv were murdered. The order was issued after objections submitted by the terrorist and the terrorist's family were rejected.

In the attack, the two brothers were murdered by gunfire at point-blank range at their car in Huwara. The MDA team evacuated them to Beilinson Hospital, but they were later pronounced dead. The two were buried side by side in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl.
Hillel Weigel, who studied in the Seder track at the Seder yeshivas in Kiryat Shmona and Givat Olga, were murdered on the way back from their home to their yeshivas.
