"Miscarriage trigger". In a pair of difficult and sad words, Racheli Krut, the culinary journalist and the person behind the successful food blog "Krutit", opened the painful post she shared with her 223,<> Instagram followers this morning.
"The little heart that once inside me is gone," Krut, 43, wrote under an image of the ultrasound monitor. "The truth is, I didn't mean to tell," she shared painfully, admitting that all she wants to do now is forget and move on, but she can't.
"In the last two days, the concealment became a distress added to the sadness and loss that was already there," she shared. "I truly believe that everything was at the time and that there was a reason for everything and that it probably wasn't the right time. My. Ours," she continued, writing to her followers, herself and the fetus she lost.

"I still have challenging weeks ahead of me medically and emotionally, but life is stronger than anything and it will be okay," she said at the end of the post, conveying a message of optimism and hope even in the midst of such severe pain and loss. "That's why, such beloved women who have gone through bumps in their way to becoming a mother, you are not alone. So not alone," she concluded in a post that quickly garnered thousands of likes and embracing comments. "A huge hug," wrote chef Omar Miller. "Love you are, a huge hug," added Miri Cohen, who also shared in the past about the miscarriage and stillbirth she experienced. "My beloved," she was also strengthened by Yarden Harel, who went through a stillbirth.
